Can anyone confirm that this file doesn't have any kind of spyware or viruses? I just had to format due to some crazy virus, and really don't want to have to go through that again.

Dude, why dont you go take a look at the comments on some of my other torrents. I am running the progam in question on this computer I Am typing on. and if you download AVAST! out of the list of torrents i uploaded, you wouldn't have to be so scared to download. And you wouldn't have to fomat again, most likely. but do what you will. ther's no virus. Why dont you pick up Malwarebytes while your at it. Great antimalware program. Also one of my uploads.

For the record, i scanned with AVG, Superantispyware and Malwarebytes anti malware... all ok and it updates itself as well!
