Turn a Folder into a Toolbar

Right-Click an empty part of the taskbar.
Choose Toolbars ---> New Toolbar
Select the item that you want to use as a toolbar and click OK
Your new toolbar appears as a button on the Windows taskbar
Click to see an expanding menu of its contents
